  This is one of the worst medical offices in Anchorage. Highly unprofessional. They have overcharged my account twice and have double charged my insurance, as well as my parents insurance 3 times incorrectly to gain more money! They will send you to Collections and put false charges on your medical bills if you are not watching your account or do not pay them in full. Another reason for the 1 star, the doctors here, only like to chit chat and waste your time, asking about your personal relationships instead of what brought you into the office! The final straw was when I was suffering from an allergy attack and needed my prescription refilled. Bigelow was terrible. Never again. We never get sick and the only reason is to get blood tests or routine checkups. We switched to Anchorage Neighborhood Health. They are AMAZING and the staff there is highly intelligent and are not pill pushers. They also have a much fairer charging scale. They go above and beyond with other methods of healing and wellness, esp holistic methods, unlike U.S. Healthworks.
