- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My rates continue to go up even though I've never been in an accident or had a speeding ticket. When I inquire about my rate increase they can't give me a straight answer. They say they'll look into it and they never get back to me. This place is awful, I will be discontinuing my service here immediately.
