  I do not reccoment Murray Orthodontics to anyone. They don't tell you what they are going to do at the appointment, talk to you, or ask about any concerns. I got my top and bottom braces at different dates, and my top braces had clear, ceramic brackets. But, when I went in for my bottom braces, they did not even tell me they wouldn't put ceramic on the bottom teeth. They just put metal brackets on without telling me they couldn't do the clear until they had already begun preparing to put the braces on, and wouldn't even tell me why they didn't put ceramic brackets on. More recently, I had my impacted canine teeth exposed. My parents and I were both under the impression that the appoointment with Dr. Murray the next week was only going to be a check up on the healing process after the surgery. However, Dr. Murray began the process of pulling my impacted teeth into place without telling me or my mom he was going to do that. I have a huge trip in less than two weeks and am currently in the most pain I have ever been in. If my mom and I had known what was really going to happen at the appointment, we never would have booked it before my trip. But we were not imformed. Dr. Murray is simply uncapable of communicating with patients and their families in the way that I believe dental professionals should.
