- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We are an active duty military family and after calling around and being told by "Legacy Dental Arts: Penfield James DDS" that they took military dental, we decided to use them for our family. After our first and ONLY visit, we were notified after the fact that they DO NOT take military insurance, and that we will be billed for the visit. These people are a bunch of crooks!!! Military stay away!!! The rest of you, feel free to try your luck here, but I would not if I were you!!!November 27, 2016by A Google User
